Candlestick Patterns

These are basic one to three candle formations that occur regularly throughout financial markets. As with any candlestick pattern, price action that follows must confirm the pattern. A confirmation occurs when price is able to push above (or pull below) the highs (or lows) of the pattern formation. If price fails to confirm and goes the other way, the candlestick pattern becomes void.

Advanced Candlestick Patterns

Advanced candlestick patterns range from one to five candles and are typically much more difficult to identify. As with any candlestick pattern, price action that follows must confirm the pattern. If price fails to confirm and goes the other way, the candlestick pattern becomes void.
